It seems like the worse the economy gets, the more gregarious costume jewelry gets. This season's rings are big, bold and daring!
I never thought I'd like to wear a big chunky ring... until I purchased two at Target. One, a large black rose made of plastic (I actually had to remove it for airport security to inspect it!!!) and the other, a black metal gothic cross. I love, love, love both of these rings, even though they are just a passing fancy that will inevitably fall apart in a month or so...
So... will you try a big ring? Here's lots of big rings that I like, from a variety of price points.
Enjoy, and be daring! I never thought I'd like these two rings I got... now I wear one every single day, and wore the black rose all throughout my trip to Italy...
Forever21 is a great source of inexpensive accessories to liven up your seasonal wardrobe with trends and pops of color at minimal damage to your pocketbook.... (they have over 50 rings ranging from $5-8!)

Tarina Tarantino is one of my favorite jewelry designers, but it is more costly. I've bought many of her pieces in the past and when I tire of them, they resell very well on Ebay!
And, some Etsy finds, sellers listed underneath each row.
