It's time for that Etsy lovin' For some reason, butterflies are popping up everywhere I look this week. Maybe it's because Les Papillons limited edition eye collection is in review and I'm having one heck of a time cutting colors out of it. Every single one has a place in my heart, from "Flutura's Cloud", which was inspired by my favorite blue butterfly.... to "Zephyr's Breeze", which is a fascinating green found in the wings of the world's largest (and poisonous!) butterfly, Queen Alexandra's Birdwing.
This image just popped up in my Tumblr feed, and last week a makeup artist did a look based on the Blue Morpho butterfly. We're in the doldrums of winter, but these colorful, fluttering reminders of things to come are everywhere...
